The entire management processes and practices of NGO WINGS are in compliance with the principles of Good Governance’. 
From the Director’s Desk
A long time back I read “Women are the real architect’s of the society”,
As I pondered over this sentence, I realised that though this is true, there exists a sizeable population of women who are capable, but do not have the resources to fulfil their dreams – Dreams of education, economic independence and a better life for themselves and their families
A strong desire to reach out to these underprivileged but strong-willed women – women who wish to bring changes in their lives– is the basis of WINGS Foundation.
Through WINGS, we aim to enhance the living conditions of the socially and economically backward sections of the society by empowering their womenfolk and encouraging them to take up more active role as providers in a family.
We have started on this journey and have become more attuned to reality. It is not easy to bring any change overnight. Participation of the people – the beneficiaries and the donors – is the key factor.
The challenges are many, but we are ready for it. We are confident that we can make a real difference in the lives of fellow citizen from the underprivileged section.
I would like to thank my team for their determination and efforts and all the people associated with us for their support, encouragement and inspiration and wish they continue to do so.
