Late Ami Yogendra Baxi (1933 – 2017)

Founder Director

Mrs. Ami Baxi, a pioneering union leader at J.L. Morrison in the 1960s, dedicated her life to the upliftment of workers and the advancement of socialist ideals. A firm believer in collective welfare, she stood for equity, dignity, and the rights of the working class. Her close collaboration with Rosa Deshpande- daughter of prominent communist leader Shripad Amrit Dange- reflected her lifelong commitment to social justice & economic fairness. Through fearless leadership and grassroots advocacy, Mrs. Baxi empowered communities to stand against exploitation and believe in the transformative strength of unity.

At WINGS Foundation, we carry forward her legacy. Her vision of a just, inclusive society where people come before profit continues to guide our mission and inspire every step we take toward equitable progress.

Ms. Falguni Rajput
Founder Director

Ms. Falguni Rajput, a commerce graduate and alumni of the Executive Business Management Programme in Indian Women in Leadership- Politics and Policy at IIM Bangalore, has been a dedicated voice for social equity since 2007. Rooted in principles of collective well-being, she champions people-first development over profit-driven models. Her journey spans grassroots work with underprivileged communities to active leadership roles- including serving as a Brand Ambassador for the Swachh Bharat Mission under the Vasai Virar Municipal Corporation, and an executive member of the Vasai Taluka Co-operative Housing Society Federation.

She is also the Promoter of T3 Urban Developers Ltd, driving affordable housing initiatives in Tier III cities to ensure dignified living is accessible to all, not a privilege for a few.

In recognition of her impactful work, Ms. Rajput was honored with the Kranti Jyoti Savitribai Phule Award. Guided by her belief that “Every small step can make a difference”, she continues to lead with a vision of justice, inclusivity, and lasting social change.

Yash Rajput

Director

Yash Rajput is a dynamic young leader who blends his creativity journey as an actor with a sincere commitment to social development. A graduate in Business Administration from Podar International College, he currently serves as Director at WINGS Foundation, contributing to projects focused on education, community upliftment, and skill-building. Deeply inspired by his mother and founder, Ms. Falguni Rajput, Yash believes that even small honest efforts can bring lasting change. His approach to leadership is rooted in humility, purpose, and the belief that service must come before self. Balancing both the creative and social sectors, Yash embodies a new generation of changemakers peho bring passion, purpose, and a fresh perspective to the development space.

The Executive Committee plays a primary role in guiding our strategy, evaluating impact, and upholding the standards that define who we are. Through quarterly impact reviews and annual transparency reports every three months, we ensure our communities see exactly how their trust translates into transformation.

Prabha Mangla

Executive Director

Prabha Mangla is a passionate social activist, and strategic thinker, dedicated to protecting vulnerable communities across India. With a strong focus on child protection and family welfare, she brings both compassion and clarity to the field.

Known for her grounded hands-on leadership, Prabha is not just a decision-maker— she is a visible presence on the ground, ensuring that every initiative reaches those who need it the most. Her unique ability to blend policy-level insight with grassroots action makes her a powerful advocate for inclusive and sustainable change.

Driven by purpose and empathy, Prabha continues to be a pillar of strength, a voice for the voiceless, and a trusted leader at the heart of every WINGS Foundation mission.

Mr. Ravindra M Baool

Founder of Yadni Campro and a veteran in CNC precision manufacturing

Mr. Ravindra M. Baool is the founder of Yadni Campro and a veteran in CNC precision manufacturing with 28+ years of experience across mold making, sheet metal, pharmaceuticals, and industrial prototyping. Under his leadership, Yadni Campro has grown into an ISO 9001:2015 certified supplier known for its commitment to quality and innovation.

Beyond the factory floor, Mr. Baool brings his industry expertise to the WINGS Foundation, where he actively mentors and supports skill development programs for underprivileged youth. His passion for bridging the industry with the community impact is reflected in his ongoing contributions to Vocational training and livelihood initiatives.

Combining technical excellence with a strong sense of social purpose, Mr. Baool embodies the values of integrity, innovation and inclusive growth, making him a respected leader in both the engineering and non-profit sectors.

Dipti Bakshi
Executive Director

Dipti Bakshi is a dedicated educator and emerging social sector leader and a strong foundation in both commerce and holistic development. A graduate in B. Com from Mumbai University, she also holds certifications in Naturopathy, Yoga Teacher Training, and Vedanta Philosophy from Chinmaya Mission.

With over a decade of experience in the accounting sector and 11+ years as an Abacus instructor, Dipti currently teaches mathematics through Cuemath. Her passion for inclusive education was further enriched through active volunteer work at Swami Brahmanand Pratishthan, a center for children with special needs.

Dipti brings a deep commitment to supporting NGOs working in the fields of education, mental health, and family welfare. Her approach blends academic expertise, classroom teaching, and hands-on service, making her a compassionate and purposeful advocate for vulnerable communities.

Mrs. Sejal D. Gohel
Executive Director

Mrs. Sejal D. Gohel serves as the Executive Director of WINGS Foundation, bringing a unique blend of compassion, insight, and dedication to her role. A graduate in Psychology and a devoted homemaker, she offers a profound understanding of child development, which drives her mission to nurture emotional growth and educational equity for children.

Raised in Mumbai, Sejal is known for her calm leadership and empathetic approach. Her connection with young minds goes beyond professional obligation—it’s a heartfelt calling shaped by years of mentoring and community engagement.

Creatively inclined, she finds joy in reading, music, and dance—expressions of the vibrant energy she brings to WINGS. Her passion for teaching reflects not just in classrooms but in the values she instills across the organization.

With a graceful balance of family life and social commitment, Sejal continues to lead by example, embodying the core values of care, lifelong learning, and inclusion that define the WINGS mission.
